My 2025 policy will take effect on April 1st!!!

- I’m currently using SquareUp for my payment needs (You may still use my booking website or my contact page on Pixieset to send me a day and time you would like to book for a photo shoot) It will display all of my pricings for my photo sessions. Additionally, you will need a debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Cash App, or Stripe Bank to pay.

- I do require a non-refundable deposit with every session. Please send that deposit to secure your spot.

- The cancellation fee will be 40% of the remaining amount you owe for the photo shoot.

- The debit or credit card you used to make the booking will be charged that fee.

- If you cancel or fail to show up for your scheduled sessions, your deposit will not be refunded and cannot be used for another session.

- I understand that things happen! If you cancel your session before 24 hours of your scheduled time, you won’t be charged the cancellation fee, but you won’t receive your deposit back. However, if you cancel within the 24-hour mark of your scheduled time, you’ll have to pay the cancellation fee.

- Please ensure that you provide at least a 24-hour notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation fee being charged.

- If you miss your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount due, plus the cancellation fee.

- There will be a 10-minute grace period for tardiness. If the client arrives more than 10 minutes late, the session will need to be rescheduled, and additional travel fees will be added to the remaining balance. If your appointment is scheduled for a mini day, tardiness will not be rescheduled, and you will lose your spot.

- If the weather forecast predicts severe conditions for your outdoor photoshoot, I’ll do my best to reschedule it for you with the next available date that offers the best weather conditions. However, if you’re unable to reschedule and have already made a payment before the shoot, you’ll receive a full refund, including the deposit.

- I am very reasonable and understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. Nevertheless, this is a business I am actively pursuing to become my primary source of income!

- Travel fees, starting at $1 per mile, will be added to the session total!
